About JPLEX
Our 4 step JPLEXTM range has been formulated to protect, strengthen and restore your hair’s natural resilience from the very core. It penetrates the hair shaft to repair damaged bonds caused by colouring, heat styling and general environmental damage. JPLEX is the foundation needed for consistently great hair days.
Results
How it Works
Hair is made up of 3 main layers, the cortex, cuticle and medulla (not always present). The cortex, is responsible for pigmentation (colour) and hydration and is made up of disulphide and hydrogen bonds. The cuticle consists of overlapping cells that protect the cortex from damage. When hair is damaged the cuticle is raised and the bonds within the cortex can be weakened and broken. Damaged hair may look and feel dry, lifeless, dull and can either become stretchy or lose elasticity and break.
JPLEX works in stages to lift the cuticle, penetrate the cortex and repair bonds and finally smooth and reseal the cuticle to protect that hair from further damage.
Initially intended to repair and protect hair during and after the bleaching process, JPLEX has shown significant results on all hair types leaving hair shiner, softer and more manageable. Truly resilient hair.
JPLEX Bond Primer
Step 1
The Bond Primer is a pre-shampoo treatment that prepares
the hair for cleansing & bond building by lifting the hair
cuticle. This allows the following treatments to penetrate
the core of the hair shaft.
Directions for Use:
Apply to dry hair from roots to ends and comb throughwith a wide-toothed comb or wet brush to ensure
saturation. There’s no need to rinse out before applying
shampoo as this will help absorb the bond building
technology.

Bond Building Shampoo
Step 2
The JPLEX Bond Building Shampoo gently cleanses the hair of impurities and product build up whilst helping to repair damaged bonds. Step 2 of 4 in our JPLEX range, the bond building technology helps to reinforce the hair’s natural structure repairing damage from the core.
Directions for Use:
Apply a generous amount to wet hair, massage into a lather at scalp and work through to ends. Rinse thoroughly.
Bond Building Conditioning Mask
Step 3
Our JPLEX Bond Building Conditioning Treatment Mask with bond building technology works to repair and strengthen damaged bonds and smooth and seal cuticles of the hair shaft for strong, vibrant and healthy looking hair.
Directions for Use:
Work mask from roots to tips and allow to process for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Bond Maintainer Leave in Treatment
Step 4
Our JPLEX Bond Maintainer improves the hair’s condition from within by reinforcing and strengthening bonds. This salon-quality leave in treatment has been designed as step 4 of 4 in our JPLEX Bond Building range. Enjoy heat protection up to 230˚C.
Directions for Use:
Spray evenly over damp hair and style as normal. This leave-in treatment can be used regularly whenever you wash and style your hair to maintain the integrity of your hair.
